Uh oh! This doesn't sound right!
Note down your batch number and roast date and contact your Coffee Specialist. Usually, this is a simple fix and your Coffee Specialist can talk you through rectifying this over the phone. In some cases, your coffee specialist may need to get back to you but we will have all hands on deck back at the roastery working on a solution.
