How should I store my coffee?

Once you receive your coffee ensure it is stored in a cool, but not refrigerated environment and avoid sunlight at all costs. Be careful not to store near fridges or high up where it can be exposed to warmer temps. This will accelerate the aging process. Our coffee is flushed with nitrogen that will preserve shelf life.
