Firstly, it could be as simple as a clogged steam wand. Try unclogging the steam holes.
If that does not work, just simply call your Coffee Specialist who will be able to assist you further.
If you are unsure of who your Coffee Specialist is, you may refer back to your Welcome Letter in your emails, or call the office or Business Specialist.
