Customers come into the café and order as usual. At the time of payment, they let the operator know they would like to pay with their P&R App and the operator will know to select the correct payment option on their POS and the customer's account will be charged. The café will receive funds for that transaction next day, less the small service fee. The customer will accrue points that can then be redeemed at any P&R App partner outlet. For coffee redemption, once enough points are accrued the customer can redeem them for a coffee. For each coffee redeemed, Pablo & Rusty's will cover $.40 of the costs (covering the coffee portion and not the milk and the cup). At the end of each quarter, a discount code for the total amount of coffees redeemed will be given to the cafe to use on their next coffee order.
In addition to this ,P&R will offer various promotions and extras to drive traffic. We have seen loyalty and engagement through the App increase traffic, sales and revenue at each of the sites that have chosen to become App partners.
