I received a delivery today and noticed an item is missing, what do I do?

Oh no! Have you checked every single box? Sometimes our team will utilise all boxes including coffee and cups. Keep in mind, if you received a delivery via a courier service, it's best to wait a little while longer as there is a possibility that a split delivery has been made.
